A great beginners class, this class focuses on transferable techniques and guides the student through a number of useful tools for outdoor cooking. The set includes a steak flipper, coal rake, tongs, spatula, fork, spoon, fry pan, and that essential tool for outdoor grilling, a bottle opener. Class includes safe shop practices, fire management, efficient hammer techniques and basic forging. All safety equipment and materials provided.
9am – 4pm both days
Tuition: $249 for the weekend
Please Note: A parent, guardian or responsible adult must be on site for students under 18 years of age for the duration of the class. Adults accompanying minors do not have to take the class, but they are welcome to if they wish.
